McDowall Company Franny Flyer 5k/10k 1 Mile Run/Walk with 1k Kids Run – this year on the BD Exteriors Race Course.

This is the 12th year that this event has taken place as part of the Frantoberfest Parish Festival at St. Francis Xavier in Sartell. The Franny Flyer 5k/10k/1 Mile Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, September 17th on the 5k BD Exteriors Race Course, Brian /10k Orange Theory Fitness Race Course/1 Mile McDowall Company Race Course. The kids 1k Fun Run will be at 8:30am and that is followed at 9:00am by the 5k/10k/1 mile walk/run.

The the 5k BD Exteriors /10k Orange Theory Fitness Race Courses are USTAF certified measured courses for the serious runners, but it is open to any and all who want to enjoy a run. Pre-registered runners get a t-shirt and all runners/walkers get an ice cream treat at the finish line.
