Jingle and Mingle Downtown Sauk Rapids 2022

Sauk Rapids Downtown Jingle & Mingle Festival on Saturday, December 10, 2022:
Business Specials – Shop the many businesses offering Jingle & Mingle SPECIALS (e.g. Restaurants will have holiday food and drink specials; other businesses are offering discounted items; various in-store promotions for customers to take advantage of for holiday gifts, etc.).
Artisan Market – An ARTISAN MARKET will be open to the public from 9:30-4:30pm in the Riverside Terrace at The Clearing in Southside Park. Additionally, small vendors will have pop-up displays selling their unique and handmade items inside various downtown businesses from 9-5pm.
FREE Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides – All ages are welcome to enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides from noon-4pm at Lions Park /Southside Park. Provided by RJ’s Stables, riders will get to see more of the new park development and river views. Warm up inside the Riverside Terrace while waiting for the ride. Hot chocolate and cookies will be available to purchase for treats – take along on the ride if you’d like.
FREE Llama Wonderama – From noon-4pm at Southside Park; Dress them up and take selfies! Llama Wonderama buttons available for sale inside Riverside Terrace.
Carollers – Enjoy the sounds of the season from noon-5pm on the sidewalks in front of businesses by various church choirs, singing groups, and theatre companies. Some will be in costume, too!
Living Nativity – from 1pm-5pm in Coborn’s parking lot; performed by members of Living Waters Lutheran Church; featuring camels and other live animals!
Very Merry Meat Raffle – starting at 4:30pm at Sauk Rapids VFW on N Benton Drive. Winners receive Gift Cards for meats.
Jingle & Mingle Parade – at 5pm on 2nd Avenue (4pm Lineup near Benton-Stearns Ed. Dist. building)
• All units judged for a chance to win the Best Float Contest; CASH awards for 1st-4th places. Click here to view photos of last year’s parade winners.
• Download the 2022 Parade Application to enter. Deadline: December 3, 2022. Pre-register your spot in the parade by emailing SaukRapidsParade@gmail.com.
• Santa and Mrs. Claus in horse-drawn carriage by RJ’s Stables.
Promotions
Media – Look for event information on Facebook, Instagram, in the City Newsletter, and in area Newspapers.
Posters – Jingle & Mingle Posters will be placed around town promoting holiday shopping (Dec 3-10) and all the main activities scheduled on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Red Tags – A large RED TAG of the J&M logo will be printed/laminated for businesses to hang on their doors to show shoppers they are a participating business.
Buttons – Event Buttons will be sold for $3 each in the Riverside Terrace from noon-4pm at The Clearing.
Sponsorships
Businesses and organizations who would like to provide sponsor donations of $500, $750, or $1,000 towards Jingle & Mingle will be recognized on posters, banners, and video screens, (or customized promos) based on donation amounts.
