Candle Day and Harvest Party

We’re combining two of our favorite events into one day: our fan-favorite Autumn Candle Day and our Harvest Party.
Join us on Saturday, October 7 from 9-7.
Candle Day only happens twice a year, and you don’t want to miss out. It’s that time of year for burning candles, so stock up! You’ll receive 20% OFF ALL IN-STOCK CANDLES AND WAX MELTS. We’re also offering some candles from the vault — we’ll have a tower of Simpatico Hobnail Candles for $18 (regular retail price is $38) just for the event!
We’re also celebrating the harvest! Enjoy SPECIAL MENU ITEMS including chicken wild rice pizza, tater tot hotdish, two different autumn soups, apple cake, s’mores bars, pumpkin scones, pumpkin biscotti, and more. Plus our make and take cookie sandwiches were such a hit last time that we’re doing it again with autumn inspired flavors!
The Copper Pony team will have a PUMPKIN CARVING / DECORATING CONTEST and you’re the judges! Put your name into the jar next to the Jack-O-Lantern of your dreams and after the event, we’ll count the slips in each jar. The employee with the most votes will win a 9 pound, 7 wick, $130 Milkhouse Candle Co. Monster candle. And you know what?! We’ll draw a name out of the votes and that person will win a Monster Candle as well!
There’s more! Expect GIVEAWAYS and our annual CANDY CORN COUNT.
SCSU Community Gardens will also set up and sell their canned goods (jams, beets, and pickles) and produce from the 2023 harvest.
Look for them around noon, and they’ll probably stay until 4.
