Rhythm Rascals: find a movement that fits your fancy, or come try any and all of the many different movement styles offered this season. Everyone is welcome within my dance space as we let go of judgement and invite curiosity into our hearts.
Tuesdays, with no classes on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, You do not need to attend all classes! All skills and ages welcome!
TIME: 6:00-7:00p

SESSION I, Jan 16-Jan. 30: Let’s Waltz: A ballroom dance in ³/4 time. Everyone is welcome. Come boogie with a partner, meet a new dance partner in class, or simply enjoy the movement as a solo!
SESSION II, Feb. 6-Feb. 27: Line dancing: A choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. Come join the fun as we explore the many forms and styles of line dancing!
SESSION III, March 5 & March 19:Boomer ballet: Strengthening the body in a glorious way. These ballet techniques will help revive and strengthen your muscles. In return helping with over posture while strengthening the body from head to toe.
SESSION IV, March 26 & April 2: Contemporary Aerobics: Come enjoy this fun dance class as we combine the movement of today with some kicking cardio fun! Let this class relieve you of stress through the art of movement!
