Walking is great for your mind and body. That’s why Alomere Health is launching a monthly wellness walk.
Every 2nd Thursday of the month, an Alomere doctor will lead a group of walkers and discuss wellness along the way. In warm weather, we’ll meet at Big Ole Central Park. When the weather gets cold, we’ll meet at Viking Plaza Mall.
So grab your walking shoes and join us every month for a stimulating walk and conversation!
