Bio: Trace Element’s Duo is made up of two of the three members of Trace Elements, Adam and Mea. The pair began performing together in 2016 with their rock band Element X.

Bio: Trace Element’s Duo is made up of two of the three members of Trace Elements, Adam and Mea. The pair began performing together in 2016 with their rock band Element X.
Element X was a 4 piece rock band that covered a variety of music from the 90’s, 2000’s and today. The band was made up of experienced local musicians who played in a variety of local cover bands in the past.
When the 2020 pandemic hit, Element X went their separate ways and in early 2021, the acoustic run off of the band, Trace Elements, was formed. Trace Elements is a three piece acoustic band with Nate Wick on drums, Adam Herron on guitar and male vocals, and Mea Wanna on lead female vocals.
Trace Element’s Duo is an intimate, acoustic performance of the Trace Elements show, covering the same music with just vocals and guitar.
Come join Adam and Mea from Trace Elements for acoustic music from a variety of your favorite artists like Tom Petty, Alanis Morissette, Guns and Roses, Johnny Cash, The Cranberries, Collective Soul, Eagle Eye Cherry, The Chicks, Melissa Etheridge, The Beatles, Lita Ford, Billy Joel, and many more great artists from a variety of different eras and genres!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. This outdoor event takes place every Wednesday mid May – mid September, 4-9PM at Rolling Ridge located at 31101 County Road 133 St. Joseph MN 56374. Event moves indoors during rain.
2. If you are in a hurry plan to arrive and order your food prior to 5:30 PM. It gets busiest between 5:30 and 6 PM and wait times can increase substantially during peak time. The self-service style of this event is meant to be relaxed and laid back. Do not expect traditional restaurant service or the full service that is customary during a wedding at Rolling Ridge.
3. Carpooling is encouraged because many guests are single riders coming from work. Parking is located in the standard field parking lot and overflow area. If the lot is full, please feel free to park on the streets across from county road 133. DO NOT PARK ON CSAH 133.
4. $5.00 Entrance fee is payable upon arrival / check-in at the front entrance. The fee helps us cover the cost of hosting this event and helps maintain a sustainable guest count. Our wedding couples receive complimentary entrance- be sure to notify the entrance attendant.
5. Cash or Credit (ATM on site)
6. Full bar service is available in the lounge. Specialty craft beers will be on tap on the patio between the lounge and the atrium.
7. Food orders are placed in the atrium. We will text you at the number you give the cashier when you place your order. Please keep an eye on that phone for a text message. TIP: If you have a common name, have some fun and give the cashier a unique or funny name so you can be sure the order for pickup is yours.

VIP RESERVED TABLES
1. We have a limited number of VIP tables available per week– so first come first serve!
2. VIP Tables can be purchased here and are paid in advance. The VIP Table includes entrance fee, food, beverages, and appetizers for up to 10 people!
3. TIP: VIP tables are an excellent way to gather with a group of friends and have guaranteed seating- especially if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.
4. Deadline for reserving a table is 12 noon day of. CLICK HERE to book VIP table online.
SEATING
1. Seating is first come, first serve.
2. Please do not move the small square metal tables or large wooden community tables.
3. Feel free to move the small and large round tables to accommodate your group because these tables are removed at the end of the evening.
4. We encourage you to bring your own blanket or comfortable lawn chairs to relax while you wait for a table to open or when you leave your table for another guest.
5. The music will move inside the barn if it RAINS
MUSIC / ENTERTAINMENT
1. DJ entertainment by Digital Encore DJ will be provided from 4PM – 6PM
2. Live Acoustic music will be playing from 6-9PM
3. Live music will be located on the lawn, closer to the barn & patio.
4. Be sure to register each week for our jewelry drawing. Each week we will be giving away a piece of jewelry provided by JF Kruse Jewelers.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
1. We promote a Self-Served Relaxed service style.
2. Full bar service is available inside the Lone-Tree lounge. Thank you Bernicks for your beverage sponsorship!
3. Food orders are placed inside the garden atrium. You will be texted when your meal is ready for pick up in the Atrium. Your pickup will be packaged in a box with all cutlery, napkins and condiments placed inside the box for easy pickup.
4. Pizzas are made to order in our wood-stone oven and are a large format personal sized pizza. Order a few flavors to share or sample multiple flavors.
5. TIP: Orders may not always come out in the order they are received because of custom order requests. If the food order is placed and paid for by one person the likelihood of same-time delivery improves.
6. Appetizers, Salads, Street Tacos and Gluten Free crusts are available.
7. ***New for 2023*** beverage selections, pizza recipes and appetizers.
TRASH / CLEANING
1. Please dispose of your empty beverage containers in the trash or recycle before you leave.
2. Stack your pizza box in the designated pizza recycle bin so we can recycle it instead of trashing it.
3. Please let our team know if you would like a table to be wiped or sanitized. In addition, with the added cardboard the waste receptacles can fill quickly. Please be patient and let us know if they are full and we will empty them promptly.
WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS & FUR BABIES?
Wood Fired Wednesday is a live music event just for adults (People). We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy a night away. The atmosphere isn’t intended for small children or pets, so call your favorite sitter and join us for the perfect summer night out.
1. No Pets / Small Children (16+ age event)
2. You are not allowed to bring your own food or beverages.
